Description of Problem:
On a newly built computer that can run Skyrim and Cysis 2 on near max setting, I'm getting lag so bad my frame rate is something like 4 frame per MINUTE. It worked ok for a while, but has gotten worse and worse the last 2 days and now its to this point.
