custom zips/modpacks not working

Launcher Version: 1.0.3.4

Operating System: Windows 7

Antivirus Program: Norton Internet Security

Description of Problem:

im trying to use the new custom zips feature. but the url feild wont show in options. i have cleared the cache multiple times in every modpack and even redownload the technic launcher jar. it will not give me the option to place a url in options.
