Title: My friends can log into my server but I can't

OS: Mac OS X
Java Version: 1.6.0_35
Description of Problem:
Every time I log in to my server it is very laggy and does not allow me to move without the lag. It works fine for my friends. I think that the Did the system time change error message is causing the problem
Error Messages:
16:32:25 [WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?
16:31:00 [WARNING] Could not get information about this CraftBukkit version; perhaps you are running a custom one?: FileNotFoundException
