technic launceher wont download properly

Antivirus Program: norton anti virus

Description of Problem:

when i download the technic launcher it appeers as a zip file instead of the regular launcher (that was worcking last night the 13th) this is really strange because before i deleted it to re-download it the launcher said that i had no mods installed!!!

someone plz help i was planning on starting a series for youtube for it

nevermind fixed it if anyone is having this problem just wait a while (few hours) and re-download it and it will worck
