How to run .jar from diffrent folder

Hey

I didn't know where to ask this question so i decided to make post here

I'm programing little private launcher and I came a cross to a big problem, cause when my laucher run's .jar file in diffrent folder then .minecraft , all the files are generated in .minecraft folder

I wonder if you could help me and give me a hint how to fix minecraft path I saw you laucher fixes the path so that .jar generates files in your laucher folder
