Tekkit Crashes Upon Starting

Antivirus Program: None (Windows FireWall)

Description of Problem:

Whenever I try to launch tekkit, After "Mojang" screen, Tekkit freezes, then launcher crashes.

This happens all the time if I don't clear cache whenever I launch.

I made a bug report couple months ago, their tip was clearing cache everytime I launch '-.-

I tried to delete .Technickpack folder and re install it.

Tried to allocate more memory, use different builds.

Didn't work.

Any helps?

as i know a bit of java and know what an error report tells you it looks like the railcraft mod has an unknown character in the code.(might be wrong but that’s what i'm guessing)
