Friends cant connect to my server

i made a server, but my friends can't join, it says "unknown host"

I think you may be experiencing errors with ports. Unless you want to port forward your router to open whatever port your server is on (a long, complicated task) then I suggest using Hamachi or a similar program.

when i downloaded hamachi it bloacked my steam on my old laptop and i dont wanna risk it
