Update TekkitClassic to 1.4.7

This is the guide i posted on getting a TekkitClassic server to Bukkit++, FML, MC 1.4.7 server.

The same can be done with TekkitClassic, however depending on the mods chosen to install will dictate how the client connects to your server.
