Launcher load completely bugged out

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: java 7

Antivirus Program: AVG

Description of Problem:

When i load my technic launcher it starts but appears missing everything. Accept news and donations I'll list what is missing below.

It started when i tried to go on server that was on rec build so i change build my pc FPS dropped. Then i tried to close a background program wouldn't close use ctr-alt-delete my pc like bugged out. Now launcher is experiencing problems listed above.

I fixed it. Press your up down arrows and it starts to load properly.
