What do you like in a server?

Hello guys,

I am new to the technic Forums, And i was wondering what you guys like to see in a server?

I have my own and i was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers in what i can do to improve the server

Please no hate i just want to know.

Like plugins and other server mods?
