Updated and now I cant get on my server

Ive been seeing other people with the same problem but I can't fix it.

I tried doing the manual downgrade by going to the lauchner-options-and picking the version I need, but it then tells me I only have 7 mods loaded when it should be saying 66.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I had the same issue and all I did was go into appdata and delete tekkit lite and redownload it seems to work fine now but if you have single player worlds make sure to copy them first.
