Tekkit Sever serious problem

So i have a Tekkit server that me and my friend play regularly. Up until a few days ago everything worked fine for him. Now when he spawns in chunks refuse to load, he lags so bad he cant move, he gets randomly kicked. But his own world works fine. Also my other friend worked fine when he logged in.

You're in the wrong place. You need to post a bug report in the Tekkit Classic or Tekkit Lite bug board. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you have an entity overload or machine malfunction of some kind or another, but a server or launcher log and some other relevant information will help a lot.
