When i go to Roaming/logs there is only 1 log, which is updated everytime i try to start TechnicLauncher

Contents of C:\Program Files\Java
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_11
Registry points to
Java not found in user's PATH. (This is normal)
JAVA_HOME points to C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_11\bin\java.exe
I tried to set Path, but still same message.

Description of Problem:
Once i uninstalled TechnicPack by shift + del combo and after that everytime i want to install it, it sends me a message (read error messages)
Error Messages:
1.
"Cannot load: C:\Users\###\AppData\Roaming\logs"
only possible click is Ok, when i click on Ok it shows another one
