Oil fabricators ???

I tried crafting one on tekkit lite and couldn't so I figured it wasn't added so I went to

And downloaded the Core, MFReloaded and PCrystals and dragged them into my mods folder and replaced the old ones but I still can't find the Oil fabricator. Are they gone?? Sorry if I'm missing something but i swear in the MCraft they said they were back.

Ok so I managed to find out it's not in this build and will be out in a few days on the next build :D
