Title: Texture for Industrial Craft Transforms not matching functional layout

OS: Server(server 2012 essentials), client(windows 8)

Java Version: 1.7.0_11

Description of Problem:

When a client places a transformer their side the high voltage input faces matches the face the texture faces. When they log out and back into the server the functional orientation of the block remains the same, but the texture makes it appear that the high voltage side is facing down.

Hi I have the same problem, and not only with the transformers but for almost every IC2 block.. they change texture orientation when I log out and rejoin the server which is annoying.

They work client side when i try in a new world but not on my server.
