Custom zips don't remove old files when downloaded

Launcher Version: 1.1.2.0

Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Java Version: jre7

Antivirus Program: AVG Free

Description of Problem:

I have setup a custom zip and it works fine, when I remove/update a mod in the zip and clear cache on the launcher it downloads again and puts in the new/updated mods but it doesn't remove any of the old ones.

This means that you have to go into the techniclauncher folder and remove the left-over files so it can work.
