OS: windows 7

Java Version: version 7

Description of Problem:

If i open tekkit classic it dont have all modt on it that it should have... It loads its stuff into .minecraft folder... Some of them it loads into .techniclauncher too...

I have read some threads and someone was talking about deleting NEI.dat at saves folder and it is at .techniclauncher -> saves but my NEI.dat goes into .minecraft -> saves... WHAT HAVE I DO?!?!!??!!?!?!?!?!?!? Please answer me!! i really wanna play tekkit classic NOT LITE bec there are no half of things... please help fast!

(I have 4GB ram and 32-bit)
