Help on installing Towny for tekkit

Hi people of bukkit

I have a tekkit server and I cant seem to be able to install towny for tekkit, Ive tried every single version but when I drag and drop it into my plugins folder and run the server it never works.

when I type any commands to do with towny like /t or /t help it just comes up blank and says nothing at all.

Im not very experienced at these things so maybe some of you bukkit experts can help me.

This is really annoying as I love this plugin and I would love it on my tekkit server.
