Help with forge+Voltz pack/ server.

I am currently running a voltz server for my school/ friends ( less than 20 people). But we feel like it is missing something, more specifically airplanes. So I have been trying to get the Flans Mod with the simple parts pack. I have the custom .rar file with all the mods/coremods I want but I do not know how to get forge implemented into it so when I share it with friends they can join the server. Also if I would get this custom pack working how would I change my server so it supports those mods?

tl;dr Need help getting forge/Simple parts pack in my modded voltz pack. Along with server support.

There are versions of forge that implement bukkit.

Just download forge server from the official website and follow the instructions
