Tekkit-changed RAM and then cleared cache, now Java null exception errors

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Java Version: 7u13

Description of Problem:

I went into options and first increased the RAM and while there I cleared the cache. I have since dropped the RAM back down but I continue to get Java null exception errors.
