Can't Move in Tekkit?

I recently couldn't open tekkit till I down loaded this script to run it with the correct java. It worked for a while but now every 10 seconds I freeze and if I change the program to Finder or something then back it tekkit it works for another 10 seconds. I am on a Mac can anybody help?
