Title: internal exception java.net.socketexception: software caused connection abort

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64 Bit (Running 32 Bit Java)

Java Version: Java 7 Update 13

Description of Problem:

When trying to use redpower computers on my friends server, I get kicked with the following error:

internal exception java.net.socketexception: software caused connection abort

When he, the owner, trys it he gets kicked and the server says internal error occured, but he cannot find the error in the logs.

Including to the problem, is the fact that programming on computer craft computers seems to not work properly. We cannot load API's or use redalloy wire to transfer programs to a monitor.

I do not know about recently, and all the plugins we have are for minecraft 1.2.5 so they should be tekkit compatible. Our server provider thinks its the mod itself but they work fine on other servers. :/

My server ran perfectly fine until I installed tekkit restrict. That sucks that tekkit restrict was causing the issue, but once I un installed it, I had no issue at all. See if that is installed and see if un installing fixes your issue. Let me know how it goes.
