Custom Modpack does not work

Launcher Version: 1.1.2.0

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Basic

Java Version: Version 7 Update 13

Antivirus Program: Don't have one

Description of Problem:

I am trying to get a custom modpack working but for some reason it does not work. I can see it downloading mods and when i check mods folder, I can see mods there but when i log into game and check for mods, they appear to be not working. I can select texture-pack but mods are not working for some reason..

FFS, I didn't realize that there was no forge installed unless i put it in modpack. All works fine now
