i start up the server today it givesme this

last night it was working just fine

none of this is making much sense to me i am a bit new java errors and such so some1 please explain what it is doing here

cause it will start server up

then

it decides to crash the server when some1 logs into to the server completely giving this error in the cmd to me im wonder what its problem is? if this problem is fixable please tell me

im using server 3.1.3 and all the ppl who are connected with me are as using that version laucher

i have 8 gb ram just installed everything twice for java and what not to be sure it installed right o.o
