When is the modpack updating for voltz to the 1.1.0 to become recommended?

I too would also like to know this. Also when a build becomes recommended does it sort out the blocks that change item ID? Because i swapped my server to v1.1.0 from the current recommended build and loads of blocks had swapped, for example my heat generators all became bore heads for the tunnel borer. many other blocks also change.
