Cant update other mods

whenever i try to connect to servers it says cannot connect to the server the mods and versions listed below couldnot be found. and it lists pretty much everything i have already tried deleting the .techniclauncher voltz folder but it didnt help. Help needed

Also, is there a way to update a map with uranium when updating a server to 1.0.13?
