Title: [0.5.7] double checked: dimensional anchors, quarries, pipes and IC machines
Version: 0.5.1
OS: Debian Squeeze
Java Version: 6
Description of Problem:
dimensional anchors do load Chunks, but if the anchor block is the removed, the chunk isn't unloaded. (or marked for unloading.) Even after a server restart it is still marked as loaded. (Checked by F6 / F8 Screen and Server loaded chunks count)
For some reason conductive pipes are very buggy near chunk borders. even if both chunks are marked as loaded, they disconnect sometimes. Energy won't pass through them and cause explosions.
quarries fail to reload after server restart. The quarry accepts energy, but it does not work. inside the orange frame appears an yellow-black stripped line, like the one visible when the quarry is starting up first time.
IC machines (visibly) face down after relogin. They are still working, but make Industrial Information Panel etc. useless.
