still need help with techniclauncher error

i still cant launch my tekkit launcher it keeps cumming up with error trying to launch go to www.techniclauncher.net but this website doesn't exists......sumone please help me

just to say aswell im using avg 2013 the free version and also got my windows firewall but i tryed turning it off and that didnt work. i went to a hotel/premier inn about 2weeks ago tryed to log on to there internet but it said you might get virus's so i didnt and thats when the update was out. so i need a link for the update. and i cant find anywhere on my computer to delete tekkit all together then reinstall.....

sumone please help cant get my head round it!
