I am getting some errors in the log file, Could you explain please?

The errors I am getting are listed below I am just wondering if anyone could clear the definition up for me... Is it because to much is going on in one area? Is it because I don't have enough RAM, These error messages are being thrown out when players are kicked for no reason. Thanks in advance.
