Looking for a small voltz server

I was watching the Yogscast, and would like a similar experience on a server. I hope someone has a small whitelisted voltz server who also wants to be rivals with another 'company', without completely destroying each other. One inconvenience, I don't have a mic.

If anyone is interested in letting me in this kind of server, please let me know.
