Tekkit (Classic) Server won't launch

So today when I went to launch my tekkit server, it gave me an error stating the following.

C:UsersIcex_2DesktopMinecraftTekkit Server>java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar tekkit.jar nogui 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

C:UsersIcex_2DesktopMinecraftTekkit Server>pause

I'm not exactly sure what that means, but this is the first time this has occurred. It would be very

helpful and appreciated if anyone has a solution.
