can't find file directly

Launcher Version: none

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: 32 bit

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

I click on the link to download and it starts brings up Download 0/3 and says error

Error Messages:

Error:unable to access jarfile

C:/Users/Guest/AppData/Roaming/technic-launcher.jar

Error Log:


cant find logs folder
