Tekkit crashes, java error

Hello, sometimes my tekkit runs fine and doesnt crash for an hour or so but then it does and sometimes crashes constantly.

I am playing on an online server with sphax pureBD 128x with dedicated 4GB ram

I get this error message, please any tips would be great:
