How disable EE3's Block Transmutation

Hey guys,

we've run into an issue where people could transmutate blocks inside claimed chunks and had to disable it for now. however we still want to use the crafting function of the Minium Stone just not the Block transmutation part.

Ive checked the cfg but didnt find anything that could work the way we want it to.

Any idea if this can be done? Help would be great.

Block the use of it inside claimed areas, simply put. However, that depends on your server.jar setup, and bukkit plugin that claims land.

Im not the actual Server owner, but its a chunk claimer. I cant get hold of the owner itself right now but if it helps, the available commands are "/chunk info" "/chunk claim" and "/chunk add/remove". but from what i know u cant put any use restrictions inside the areas.
