Request for a guide!

I would like to request that someone create a definitive guide to creating a modpack for people like myself who are totally clueless.

The examples that have been posted here are kind of vague and, while the intention is good, poorly written.

Something that includes adding Forge and a few examples of different types of mod would be super helpful.

I've noticed that there is no official documentation on the feature, which I think is kind of silly when trying to release a big feature like this.

If we can get something stickied before this forum fills up with: How do I do it? Threads, it would be a very good thing.

Hope to see something pop up soon.
