Miner->Pump->Compressor not working.

I'm trying to use this setup but watever i do the compressor wont take the water out of the pump nor will the pump fill empty cells.

The water indicator in the pump is full and if i manualy fill a cell with water and put it in the compressor the compressor will make snow.

I have tried stacking them diffrently

using this on a un modified Tekkit server.
