Can't install Voltz on my Dedicated Bukkit Server

I don't know what I am doing wrong I am trying to install voltz on a Bukkit server that is hosted on verygames.us and I can't seem to get it working. I do the steps when you host the server from your PC but drag and drop it into the bukkit directory anyone know how to do this?
