Client messed? up cant connect

First off my internet works fine so dont suggest that as a factor thanks

But here is whats up, this just happened today but im un-able to even connect with any modpack. Yesterday I easily connected to and logged in with Voltz but today I have been getting this:

It is really bugging me. The app is allowed to go through my firewall and what not so im not sure what the issue could be. It would be much appreciated if you gave me a hand with this.
