Tekkit Lite Server Help

So a long time ago, I added Flans Mods to my server. It was working until today when I decided to add some more content packs.

I have the same content packs both client and server side.

When I try logging into the server, I get a brown screen with a button at the bottom that says "Done".

When I click this, it returns me to the menu.

I think this may be caused by having some items in the world from a content pack that i deleted but i am not sure.
