cant launch ANY mod packs

Launcher Version: Launcher Build: 201

Operating System: windows 2007 professional 64bit

Java Version: java 7 update 17

Antivirus Program: kaspersky internet security 2012

Description of Problem:

i tried adding optifine to the voltz mod pack. the sounds in voltz were broken. i tried resting the modpack with no success. i then deleted the ".technic" folder and deleted my launcher. downloaded it again(same build as before) and i cant launch any modpacks

YES SAME!! Its driving me insane too! I can't load any mod packs PLEASE TELL US! I have uninstalled, reinstalled java, deleted the main files, mess around in the options, redownloaded, and even downgraded java to see if that worked! HELP!
