server mods

ok so i made a custom version of tekkit with voltz mods installed into it, but i would like to host that to play with my friends, i know that they will have to have the launcher in order to play but im not sure how to add the mods to the server so i can actuly use them...i have been looking around the forums for a bit and i cant seem to find anything that will help me, so if any one can help me plz add me on skype and we can talk, or just comment bellow, thanks!!
