I can't start the new launcher

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (Service Pack 1)

Java Version: 1.7.0_17

Antivirus Program: Avira

Description of Problem:

When I try to run the exe or jar of techinc launcher nothing happens I can still launch the old one but not the new one. I haven't been able to even run it once so there is no error log. I can launch the exe and jar after deleting the .technic folder but after I let it create the folder again but only the settings.yml and then nothing happens.

I have fixed the problem by running my windows 8 virtual machine and transferring some files and now it works fine except that I can only run it through the temp.exe if I run it the normal way it deletes temp.exe and does nothing.

Now I can not even run the temp.exe anymore I made a backup of it so I can just replace it but when i run it the icon disappears the logo pops up it starts loading finishes and then nothing. After trying to run the temp.exe after that it says it is not a Valid Win32 Application. What is going on here.
