Create a Mod List tab?

Hello!,

I created my own Modpack last week, and it got over 50 mods now. I first wrote all the mods with link, version and creator in a Mod List I unprofessionally created in the description. But now I saw a few other Modpacks with an extra Mod List tab (next to 'changelog' and 'Permissions & Licensing') which looks super neat. But I can't find a way to create my own! Hope someone can help me, and sorry if my english is bad, I'm German.
