Technic launcher will not work!!

Ok, so I tried to install optfine into the Voltz modjar, and it did not work. So i deleted the all of the launcher and all of its files. I then tried to reinstall everything, and now when the launcher loads it does not show any mod packs and will not let me sign in. HELP!!!!

Redownload the launcher.

Ah did not see the all the launcher errors i will just wait it out and try later. also i have redownloaded the launcher 3 times so it is not that.
