Modpack Creation Assistance [Kingdom Pack]

I'm creating a modpack called Kingdom Pack based around the Tale of Kingdoms mods with about a dozen other complimentary mods. I have it most of the way dont, but there are a few things the tutorial leaves vague and am having trouble getting it to work. If you sort it out for me it would be much appreciated and I would give you credit in the description. Not that that would matter much. Still people often do things out of kindness.
