My modpack is supposed to have mods but it launches as vanilla

Description of Problem:

My mod pack that i created with the technic platform seems to work, but when i launch it, it is vanilla. Please help me?!?!?!?! I really want it to work and i dont know the problem! NONE OF THE MODS ARE ACTIVE
