Description of Problem:

Launcher will not start at all, no image of a runner will appear. I just receive an error log immediately after I double click the TechnicLauncher.exe.

I found a away around this but it only works temporarily. I must restart my computer every time I would like to use the launcher, but once I use it and close the original launcher, it doesn't work.

I think I might have resolved the issue by using a later version of the launcher. I don't know if it did anything, but it seems the issue is now gone.
