Wrong Skin Preview

When I launch the platform and select my pack, an incorrect head (skin) is shown on the user preview on the bottom right of the window. The one that does show is from a previous skin. The platform is definitely connected to the internet, and the server I log into is on online mode. I've tried reloading the pack, re-uploading my skin to minecraft.net, and re-downloading the platform. Any help to resolve this issue would be most awesome!
