Just Started own server need help :)

Hi.

Ive managed to create tekkit classic server, i was wondering if anyone would be able to teach me how to setup the plugins and run through some stuff with me.

initially i am looking at learning how to setup a safe spawning area that cannot be damaged and have no monsters or pvp.
