Error Downloading file

Hi,

Im new to the forums so Im sorry if this is in the wrong place but, I have been wanting to play the

Plus+ Pack for a while now, but for the past week and a half, this has been coming up

$Libraries\Pictures\Technic Platform Erro$

(sorry if there is no picture) It says this "Error Downloading file for the following pack"

It has been happening for the past week and a half, and I badly want to play

Please help, Ive been dying to play this but its been coming up for every mod pack I have
